Bilge 1074 is a website established to offer some suggestions for editing texts written in English and Turkish through the internet. This document is a legal agreement between the Customer and Bilge 1074, registered at Bilge 1074 - www.bilge1074.com (“Agreement”), regarding the services received from the website (“Website”). This Agreement is the entire Agreement to use the Website and Services.
When you start using the Website or purchasing services, you agree to the following terms. By using the services on the Website, you agree that you are subject to the following terms, have the right, authority and legal capacity to enter into a contract and are over 18 years of age, have read, understood and are bound by the terms written below.
Unless otherwise expressly stated, the terms of the Agreement shall survive the expiration of your membership. If any provision of this Agreement is superseded, the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force and effect.

Membership can be created entirely on request at the time of order. At the time of membership, you undertake to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date registration information. Upon successful registration, you will become a Member of the Website ("Member"). If you breach the Agreement, Bilge 1074 reserves the right to terminate your registration at any time and without prior notice.
The purpose of the Bilge 1074 platform is to offer various suggestions through the web application developed for people who want to receive text editing services. Bilge 1074 cannot be held responsible for both the supply of the service and the communication instruments and data. All shopping transactions to be carried out by the Customer through Bilge 1074 shall be made by the Customer and Bilge 1074 has no responsibility in this regard.
The fee to be paid for the services specified in this Agreement is the amount specified on the Website during the order process. The fee specified on the website is calculated by including VAT and the collection is made by showing it to the Customer. The customer can make the payment using a credit card or by wire transfer. Bilge 1074 reserves the right not to provide services until the Customer completes the payment process.
Bilge 1074 application, the readability score of the text, the suggestions it offers for the development of the text and all the features and add-ons within the platform are only suggestions and their accuracy cannot be accepted as 100 percent and Wise 1074 cannot be held responsible for any defects, losses and disputes that may arise due to this.
Bilge 1074 reserves the right to change prices, general conditions and services at any time.
When the payment is completed and received through Bilge 1074 website, the delivery is deemed to have been made. Unless expressly agreed to by Bilge 1074, time is not critical for the delivery or provision of the Services, and no delay gives you the right to refuse delivery or Services or to withdraw from the Agreement. Bilge 1074 cannot be held responsible for the consequences of delay or inability to perform a delivery or service.
In all cases of legally considered as force majeure, the Parties shall not be responsible for late or incomplete performance or non-performance of any of the actions specified in this Agreement. Such and similar cases shall not be deemed as delay, underperformance or non-performance or default for Bilge 1074 or compensation under any name shall not be claimed from Bilge 1074 for such cases. The term force majeure shall be interpreted as events out of reasonable control of the parties and the unavoidable, inescapable events despite exercising due diligence including but not limited to natural disasters, riots, war, strikes, cyber attacks, terrorist attacks, national grief, communication problems, infrastructure and internet failures, system improvement or or renewal works and failures which may be caused by this, electricity interruptions and bad weather conditions.
The User accepts and declares that he/she expressly consents to the processing, transfer to third parties and abroad of his/her personal data such as name, surname, electronic mail address, invoice/mail address/addresses, telephone number ("Personal Data/s") shared with Bilge 1074 during the approval of the Distance Sales Agreement while receiving an offer or placing an order through Bilge 1074 and then during his/her movements within the Website. All registered, proprietary, or unregistered intellectual property rights, such as title, business name, trademark, patent, logo, design, information, and method included in this website, belong to the site operator and owner company or the person concerned and are under the protection of national and international law. Behaviors that would constitute a crime within the scope of "Intellectual and Artistic Works Law", "Trademarks Law", "Turkish Commercial Code", "Law on the Protection of Patent Rights" are within this scope. Visiting this Website or using the services does not give any rights to such intellectual property rights. The information on this website is under no circumstance be reproduced, published, copied, presented and/or transmitted. The whole or a part of the site cannot be used on other internet site without permission.
Bilge 1074 provides its services by competent persons. Wise 1074 takes full advantage of all acceptable talent and care when selecting programmers, translators and editors and other staff to deliver the Services. No terms, conditions or warranties expressly stated or implied as to the quality, suitability and specific purposes of the Services shall be included in the responsibilities unless expressly stated in this Agreement.
Bilge 1074 does not guarantee that this website will function continuously and without errors or that the deficiencies will be corrected. Bilge 1074 does not guarantee that this website is compatible with your computer equipment or that the website or server is free from viruses or errors. Bilge 1074 will not be responsible for any damage you suffer as a result of such destructive features.
Bilge 1074 does not guarantee or declare that the translation, editing, final reading or the transactions made by Bilge 1074 web application are accurate, error-free. Bilge 1074 does not guarantee that it does not comment on the services it provides due to its nature.
The Customer accepts and declares that it has no responsibility to investigate the accuracy and quality of any information and content, including the services provided by Bilge 1074 or the content sent or uploaded to the system, and that Bilge 1074, Bilge 1074's employees and managers are not responsible for any damages that may arise from such content and translations, arrangements and final readings.
Bilge 1074 does not accept any liability to you for misrepresentations made by Bilge 1074 or on behalf of Bilge 1074, due to negligence or unintentional misrepresentations or does not grant you the right to terminate the Agreement due to such misrepresentations.
Bilge 1074 reserves the right to make changes to the pricing, delivery date and word count due to any technical system errors. Bilge 1074 cannot guarantee the accuracy of the price and delivery date information provided by the system. Bilge 1074 has the right to update the delivery date and price.
Bilge 1074 cannot be held liable for loss of profit, business, agreement, income, loss of prestige or goodwill, loss of anticipated earnings and/or other indirect or consequential loss or damage.
You acknowledge that Bilge 1074 does not guarantee that the Source Texts sent by you over the Internet and the Translated Texts sent to you by Bilge 1074 are not at risk of being attacked, and that Bilge 1074 has no liability for the loss, corruption or attack of the Source Texts or the Translated Texts.
In no event shall Bilge 1074 be liable for any direct, indirect, intentional or incidental damages incurred as a result of the use of the Services, even if it has been previously warned that such damages may occur.
Samsun Courts of Justice and Execution Offices are authorized to settle any disputes arising from the application or interpretation of this Agreement. Bilge 1074 also has the right to file a lawsuit in the city where the customer is registered.
This Agreement has been read, understood and signed by the parties. (Signing is deemed to have taken place upon the commencement of the use of the Website or the purchase of services). Bilge 1074 may add, remove or change new items and/or subheadings if deemed necessary. The customer declares and undertakes that they accept these changes in advance.
