As Bilge 1074, we attach importance to the processing and preservation of all kinds of personal data belonging to all persons associated with Bilge 1074, including those who benefit from our products and services, in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("LPPD"). With the full awareness of this responsibility, we process your personal data in the following scope and conditions in the capacity of "Data Controller" in accordance with the LPPD.

What is Personal Data?

 

Personal data is defined as all kinds of information related to the identified or identifiable real person in the LPPD. Accordingly, the name, surname, date of birth, identification number, e-mail address, telephone number and similar information you share with us are called personal data.

Bilge 1074 collects your personal data when you share it directly with Bilge 1074, either through automated means or through other sources such as third party platforms.

What is the purpose and basis of processing your personal data?

 

Bilge 1074 collects and processes your personal information in order to fulfill our legal obligations due to your product and service relationship with Bilge 1074 and to inform you about campaigns and advantages.

Accordingly, Bilge 1074 collects and processes your personal data to evaluate and process all kinds of complaints, process your payments, improve our products, services, communication methods and the functionality of our websites, and provide you with personalized products, communication content and targeted advertising, as well as product recommendations.

For the purposes listed above, Bilge 1074 processes and stores your personal data within the purposes and scope specified herein, based on your explicit consent, or if it is directly related to the establishment or performance of our contract with you, or where required by our legitimate interest, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms.

For what purpose and to whom do we transfer your personal data?

 

Your personal data may be shared with Bilge 1074 shareholders, our direct/indirect domestic/international affiliates, domestic/international persons and institutions (companies providing services such as cargo, shipment, call center, database, cloud, etc.) that represent us together during the continuation of the business relationship and/or that we cooperate with in order to carry out our activities. However, personal data is shared with public institutions including but not limited to courts due to our legal obligations. In addition, Bilge 1074 will be able to share your personal data and traffic information such as your navigation information regarding your visit to the websites with public institutions and organizations that are legally authorized to request this information for the purpose of your security and the fulfillment of Bilge 1074's obligations under the relevant legislation.

6. How We Store Your Personal Data.

 

Your personal data shared with our company is stored on Bilge 1074's domestic/international secure servers in accordance with the relevant legal regulations, KVKK provisions and Bilge 1074 standards. In this context, Bilge 1074 takes the necessary technical and administrative security measures determined by the legal legislation to ensure the security of your personal data.

How long do we keep your personal data?

 

Pursuant to Article 7/f.1 of the PPDL, when the purpose for which your personal data are processed disappears and/or the legal periods for which we are obliged to keep your data in accordance with the relevant legislation expire, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized by us.

7) What are your rights arising from the Law on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK)

 

In accordance with Article 11 of the PPDL, to the extent that Bilge 1074 processes your personal data as a data controller;

·         find out whether any of your personal data has been processed;

·         request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data;

·         learn the purposes for which your personal data are processed;

·         to learn about personal data if they have been transferred to third parties at home or abroad;

·         To request the rectification of the incomplete or inaccurate data, if any

·         To request the deletion or destruction of personal data if the reasons requiring the processing of personal data no longer exist

·         request that deletion and correction be notified to third parties that the data has been transferred;

·         Expressing opposition to any possible negative effects that may arise as a result of the processing of personal data through automated systems.

·         you have the right to claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

 

The requests in your application will be concluded as soon as possible according to the nature of the request and within 30 (thirty) days at the latest.
