Terms of Delivery and Returns

You are considered to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract offered to you if you place a purchase electronically through the website.
Regarding the sale and delivery of the item they have purchased, buyers are bound by the provisions of Law No. 6502 on the Protection of Consumers, the Regulation on Distance Contracts (RG: 27.11.2014/29188), and other applicable laws.
The delivery charge, which is the product shipping fee, will be paid by the buyers.
Each product purchased is delivered to the person and / or organization at the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, Buyers may terminate the contract.
The purchased product must be delivered in full, in accordance with the order's requirements, and with any applicable documentation, including the warranty certificate and user manual.
The seller must inform the buyer in writing within three days of noticing that it is no longer possible to sell the product that was purchased. The total price must be returned to the Buyer within 14 days.

The Seller's obligation to deliver the product expires if the Buyer fails to pay the purchase cost or cancels it in the bank records.

After the delivery of the product, If it is determined that the credit card that the Buyer paid for has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and if the price of the product sold is not paid to the Seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, Buyer has to return it to the Seller within 3 days at the Seller's expense.

The Buyer is notified if force majeure occurs that the Seller cannot foresee and the product cannot be delivered on time. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, the replacement of the product with a similar product, or the postponement of the delivery until the obstacle disappears. In case of cancellation of the order by the buyer, in the payments made by the buyer in cash, the product amount is paid to him in cash within 14 days. If the buyer has made the payment by credit card and cancels it, the product price will be returned to the bank within 14 days from the cancellation, but it is possible that the bank will transfer it to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

The Buyer shall check and inspect the contractual goods/service before receiving it and shall not receive damaged/faulty goods with crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. from the courier company. The received goods/services will be deemed undamaged and intact. The BUYER must carefully protect the goods/services after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be used, the products/services shall not be used. The invoice must be returned with the product. Products returned without an invoice will not be taken into account.

BUYER may use his right of withdrawal within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery to the Buyer or to the person/organization indicated by the BUYER without taking any legal and criminal responsibility and without giving any justification provided that the buyer informs the seller through the contact information stated below.

If the buyer has purchased a service, 14-day period starts from the date of signing the contract. Before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in service contracts where the performance of the service has started with the approval of the consumer.
The costs arising from the use of the right of withdrawal shall be covered by the SELLER.
In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, a written notification must be given to the SELLER by registered mail, fax or e-mail within 14 (fourteen) days and the product must not be used within the framework of the provisions of the "Products for which the Right of Withdrawal cannot be exercised" regulated in this contract.

If there is a decrease in the value of the goods due to the BUYER's fault or if the return becomes impossible, the BUYER is obliged to compensate the SELLER's losses at the rate of the BUYER's fault. However, the BUYER is not responsible for the changes and deteriorations that occur due to the proper use of the goods or products within the period of the right of withdrawal.
In case the right of withdrawal is exercised and the amount of the campaign limit set by the SELLER falls below, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be canceled. Payment is made to the customer's account between 1 and 10 business days.

• Products that are prepared based on the buyer's request or explicitly personalized, undergarments (bottoms), swimwear bottoms, makeup products, disposable products, products that are at risk of quick deterioration or have expired, products that are unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons after their packaging is opened by the buyer, products that have been mixed with other products and cannot be separated due to their nature, except for those provided under a subscription agreement, goods related to periodical publications such as newspapers and magazines, electronic services provided instantly or intangible goods delivered instantly to the consumer, audio or video recordings, books, digital content, software programs, data recording and storage devices, computer consumables, are not eligible for return according to the Regulation if the packaging has been opened by the buyer. In addition, before the expiry of the right of withdrawal, it is not possible to use the right of withdrawal regarding the services that have been started with the approval of the consumer, as per the Regulation.

In case the BUYER defaults in the case of payment by credit card, the cardholder agrees, declares and undertakes that he / she will pay the interest within the framework of the credit card agreement with the bank and be responsible to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may take legal action; may claim the costs and attorney's fees to arise from the BUYER, and in any case, if the BUYER defaults due to its debt, the BUYER accepts that he will pay the damage and loss suffered by the SELLER due to the delayed performance of the debt.
